1909 - 2009 Centenary Allegro

On Saturday 14th February 2009, 36 players from chess clubs in the Edinburgh area, took part in an allegro tournament to help Edinburgh Civil Service chess club celebrate their 100 year anniversary. Teams were split into six sections of six based on allegro grading and games were competed over 25 minutes per player. All of the sections were well contested with winners coming from six different Edinburgh clubs.
